Help & Hope Week is an opportunity to make a practical difference in our community, with a range of initiatives and projects across the week that bring help and hope to hundreds of people.

Discover the joy of making a difference in our community by joining one of our LIFE community initiatives and teams. Throughout the week, individuals, families, and community organisations received meaningful support through a range of initiatives which have looked like garden makeovers, nursing home visits, kitchen refreshing and taking part in Community Kitchen.
